Few chefs in Asturias have his resume and develop such a clear kitchen, involved in the world around them and so travelled. A founding member of the Slow Food movement in Asturias, Ramón selects the best products each season, seeking the best combination of textures and flavours, standing out for his great innovative and creative capacity, always at the height of responsible research.

From his hand we discover the new Asturian gastronomy adapted to our days: stews, pots, fish and shellfish from the Bay of Biscay, "red" meats from the Picos, artisan cheeses, legumes and vegetables from our garden...
